If you have recently bought a fax machine, then what I have to say here will certainly ruin your day. However, if you already own one for quite a long time now, and you have been planning to replace it or upgrade it, then perhaps, this will be good news.
You see, there is now the internet fax technology which enables you to send or receive a fax, even without the presence of the fax machine. In effect, you do not need the fax machine anymore. Of course, you would also find an extra phone line unnecessary, as well as old stocks of fax paper. So if you have just bought your fax machine, along with other business entities out there, I guess I brought bad news for fax machine owners.
