In any given project, there are always unknown variables and unexpected circumstances. If project managers were to wait until they had all of the information about a project, then it is likely that nothing will ever be accomplished. When starting a project, there are a few things that you already have to assume to get started with the rest. First of all, you will have to assume that there are enough available resources for the project. Next, you will also have to assume that the resources will be allocated to the project and these resources will not be pulled out unexpectedly. These are just a couple of the Project assumptions that you have to make before things get moving. Project Assumptions should always be included in your Website Design Proposal to protect you against the unknown and unexpected!!!
