ROUTER CONFIGURATION: THE GATE THAT PROTECTS OUR HOME AND OUR PRIVACY

Sometimes people are not aware of the danger which is the Internet: a door that makes us public characters, and provides to others a gate to our lives and personal data. To protect us we need a correct protection with no vulnerabilities: A CORRECT CONFIGURATION into the setup router. There are many configurable parameters into our routers, that we can program (out/in ports, static ips, mac associated to ip directions, security algorithms wireless WPA/PSk, WPA2, Wep(No please, too much dangerous), and other algorithms), and these parameters are necessary to solve our navigation correctly and safety. To access to these configuration, generally  we need to access to the router ip using the browser (Firefox, IE, safari, opera, etc..) and writing the router ip. We quiet and use always the router manual because our privacy depends to do the correct steps of configuration. A new window will appear and then it will require username and password.
