It was a two hour drive to the state science competition, and my son was doubting himself the whole way. He kept wondering if he was right to go with a limitorque. I told him that it had worked for the county competition so it should also be good for the state. He was very nervous because he knew that he was about to face the top junior inventors and scientists in the entire state. He didn’t need to be quite so nervous because he won the competition. I am very proud of him. We’re on the the national level next.
